How today's puzzle plays
Green locks an attribute; yellow means partial overlap — treat it as a hint, not a miss.
Attributes eliminate faster than names — think in categories, not favourites.
New to the game? The OnePiecedle guide explains every mode and how the colour feedback works.
The Classic and Laugh answers for both time zones are at the top, each with its puzzle number. Below is the standing guide: what OnePiecedle's four modes ask, which Classic columns narrow its 129-character roster fastest, and how to use the answer table as a hint.
OnePiecedle, at onepiecedle.net, offers Classic, Devil Fruit, Wanted and Laugh. HintSheet records Classic and Laugh: the Devil Fruit answer comes from a separate endpoint and the Wanted answer is not captured by our fetcher, so those two modes are not in the table.
The four modes
Classic asks for a character and colours eight columns on each guess: gender, affiliation, Devil Fruit type, Haki, last bounty, height, origin and first arc, with arrows on bounty, height and arc. Devil Fruit names a fruit and asks who ate it, unlocking its type, a translated name and an explanation as you miss. Wanted shows a blurred wanted poster that sharpens with each try; only characters who had a bounty can be the answer. Laugh plays a laugh from the Japanese dub and unlocks the character's origin after 5 guesses and affiliation after 10.
Each mode has its own daily answer. The table at the top gives the two we record, Classic and Laugh, for the Europe and America time zones.
Classic: where to start
The arrowed columns carry the most information. Last Bounty runs from 0 — 68 of the 129 characters in the default setting — to 5,564,800,000, so a guess with a mid-sized bounty splits the roster well. Height runs from 90 to 6,700 cm. First arc places the debut in one of 32 arcs and points earlier or later. Of the plain columns, Devil Fruit (None 59, Paramecia 43, Zoan 15, Logia 12) and Haki are the strongest; Affiliation has 54 values, so a green is near-decisive but a red removes little; Origin is dominated by the Grand Line.
The measured best opener on the default setting is Kalifa: across all 129 possible answers, her feedback leaves 2.4 characters on average and never more than five. Bepo, Issho and Paulie are close behind. Then keep greens, change reds and follow the arrows; the OnePiecedle hub walks through a full game.
What the Classic columns show
The game's Classic columns, in its own order, with how the code compares each one. Our answer table lists names only; these are the columns you will see in the game.
| Column | Values in the roster | Feedback |
|---|---|---|
| Gender | Male 99, Female 30 | Green or red |
| Affiliation | 54 different crews and groups | Green or red |
| Devil Fruit | None, Paramecia, Zoan, Logia | Green or red |
| Haki | Observation, Armament, Conqueror or None | Green, orange (shared kind) or red |
| Last Bounty | 0 to 5,564,800,000 | Green or an arrow |
| Height | 90 to 6,700 cm | Green or an arrow |
| Origin | Grand Line, the four Blues, Sky Islands, Red Line, Calm Belt, Unknown | Green or red |
| First arc | 32 arcs, Romance Dawn to Final | Green (same arc) or an arrow |
Devil Fruit mode
Devil Fruit mode shows a fruit's name and asks which character ate it. Its clues unlock at fixed points in the client: the type at 4 guesses, a translated name at 7 and an explanation of the power at 13; where no translation exists in your language the English one is shown. HintSheet does not publish this mode's answer, because it is served from a separate API rather than the public cache file our pipeline reads. The fruit type matches the Classic Devil Fruit column, so the OnePiecedle hub counts — twelve Logia users, 43 Paramecia — apply here too.
Laugh mode
Laugh plays a short audio clip; the help screen says the audio comes from the Japanese dub. There is no deduction from the sound itself, but the clues help: origin after 5 guesses, affiliation after 10. In our files from 2 September to 11 October 2026, Laugh produced 41 different characters with no repeats, and eleven of them also appeared as a Classic answer in that window. The archive lists every past Laugh answer if you want to see the range.
The bounty arrow, in practice
Bounty is compared after the game prints it in short form, such as 94M or 1.1B, so the comparison is on the rounded figure. The default roster splits into 68 characters at 0, 21 between 1 and 99 million, 29 between 100 and 999 million, and 11 at a billion or more. Those bands move with the spoiler setting: on the anime setting the billion-plus band holds 22 characters, on the manga setting 24, because many bounties were raised after Wano — Zoro's goes from 320 million to 1.111 billion. A 0 means, in the game's words, that the character never had a bounty; a deceased character keeps the last bounty from when they were alive.
Minor characters and hard days
The hardest Classic days are characters with little to separate them. In the default roster, 24 characters combine no Devil Fruit, no Haki and a bounty of 0, so a guess that returns green on all three still leaves a group that only the height, origin, arc and affiliation columns can split. When that happens, lean on the arc arrow: it orders all 129 characters by debut chapter, and two arc arrows bracket the answer quickly. If you are still stuck, the client unlocks the first-appearance clue (chapter and episode) after 6 guesses.
Haki and origin sea
Haki is the only Classic column that can turn orange. The roster's Haki sets are None (62 characters in the default data), Observation and Armament (40), all three including Conqueror (17), Observation alone (5) and Armament alone (5); orange means your guess shares at least one kind with the answer but the sets differ. Origin is compared as a single value and is green or red: Grand Line covers 59 characters, East Blue and North Blue 20 each, South Blue 10, West Blue 8, with Unknown, Sky Islands, Red Line and Calm Belt making up the rest.
What the archive shows
The archive lists every past Classic and Laugh answer for both time zones. From 2 September to 11 October 2026 it holds Classic puzzles #885 to #925: 41 numbers, 41 different characters, all from the 129-character roster. It also shows the timing pattern between the regions — the same puzzle on 24 of 40 dates, America one ahead on the other 16 — which is why the puzzle number, not the date, is the reliable identifier.
Reading the table
The table has one row per recorded mode and region: Classic (Europe), Laugh (Europe), Classic (America), Laugh (America), each with the answer's name. The puzzle numbers above it identify which puzzle each region was serving when our fetcher last ran that day; match the number your game shows. The sister guessers on this site use the same layout, and the Dle games hub compares them.
A note on names
Names in the table are spelled as the game's roster spells them, which sometimes differs from shorter everyday forms: Trafalgar D. Water Law, Jewelry. Bonney, Tony Tony Chopper, Monkey D. Garp, Kurozumi Kanjuro. Some roster entries also carry aliases and epithets in the game's data — Roronoa Zoro's include "Zoro-juurou" and "Pirate Hunter Zoro".
Finally, the setting matters for Classic. A player on the default end-of-Wano data and one on the latest manga data see the same answer character with some different column values, mostly bounties. If a column in your game disagrees with what you expected, check that setting before assuming a mistake.
Frequently asked questions
When does OnePiecedle reset?
The game's Time zone setting gives midnight at UTC+2 for Europe and midnight at UTC−6 for America. Both play the same numbered sequence, so America is sometimes one puzzle ahead.
Why is the answer different from my game?
Most likely the other time zone column, or a moment when one region has moved on. Match the puzzle number your game shows.
Why are Devil Fruit and Wanted missing?
HintSheet records Classic and Laugh only. The Devil Fruit answer comes from a separate API and the Wanted answer is not captured by our fetcher.
Where do the answers come from?
From the public puzzle file the game's own site loads, fetched automatically several times a day — see the editorial policy page. Sister games: Pokedle, LoLdle, Smashdle, Narutodle and Dotadle, compared on the Dle games hub.
