These terms govern your use of HintSheet (hintsheet.com). By using the site you agree to them. They are short because the site is simple: it publishes puzzle answers, hints, guides and browser-based tools, free, with no accounts. Last updated 8 September 2026.
Using the site
You may read, link to and share pages on HintSheet for personal, non-commercial use. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link. You may not republish pages or substantial parts of them, scrape the site to build a competing answer feed, or remove attribution. Automated access that burdens the site (rapid crawling, bulk downloading) may be blocked.
The solvers are provided for your own use in your browser. You may not wrap them in another product or present them as your own.
Accuracy of answers — read this one
Daily answers are read from the games and checked before publishing, and errors are corrected the same day they're reported. Even so, the site cannot guarantee that every answer is correct at every moment: games sometimes correct their own puzzles after release, some lists (Spelling Bee) are computed rather than official, and regional puzzles differ. Answers are provided as-is. If a streak, a leaderboard position or anything else depends on being right, verify against the game itself.
Strategy content is the editor's opinion, informed by daily play, and may not suit your style.
Intellectual property
The text, rendered boards, tools and design of HintSheet are the site's own work and are protected by copyright. Daily puzzle answers are facts; the presentation and explanation of them are the site's.
HintSheet is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to LinkedIn Corporation, The New York Times Company, Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Riot Games, Valve Corporation, or the developers of any game it covers. Pinpoint, Crossclimb, Queens, Tango, Zip, Connections, Wordle, Strands, Spelling Bee, Pokémon, League of Legends, Super Smash Bros., Naruto, One Piece, Dota and all other game and franchise names are trademarks of their respective owners, used here only to identify the games discussed. The site does not host playable versions of any game and does not reproduce game artwork, sprites or audio.
Advertising
The site displays third-party advertising served by Google AdSense. Advertisers are responsible for their ads; the site does not endorse advertised products. Clicking your own or others' ads to generate revenue for the site is prohibited by Google's policies and by these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HintSheet and its editor are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, including reliance on an answer that turns out to be wrong, unavailability of the site, or the content of linked third-party sites. The site is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms may change; the 'updated' date reflects the last change, and continued use of the site after a change is acceptance of it. Questions about the terms go to the address on the contact page. These terms are governed by the laws of the editor's country of residence in the European Union, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in yours.

Notices should identify the page, the material at issue, and the basis of the complaint; they're handled within two business days, and takedowns are actioned the same day where the complaint is clearly well-founded.
